               4. Self-Regulation

                 It is our ability to organise and monitor our own behaviour.
                 Self-monitoring helps us to change our behaviour according to the demands of
                   the external environment.
                 Will power helps us to develop resistance to situational pressures and develop
                   control over our behaviours.
                 Sense of self-control helps in fulfilling long-term goals.
