O'clock

 O’ clock means the minutes are 00. we also call this the top of the hour.

 The minute hand is at the top of the clock on the 12.

 Therefore , Twelve o'clock is the same as 12:00.

 1 O'clock, 2 O'clock and 3 O'clock can be used to describe the time at 1:00, 2:00 and 3:00.
