                     This asana strengthens the hip and knee joints

                     mind.

                     Padmasana reduces muscular tension and

                     By performing this asana, the unwanted fat

                     will be reduced in hip and thigh.




                     Contraindications.




                      Not to be done if there is any form of knee

                     injury. ankle or calf and sciatica problem.
