SUB TOPIC- Fruits Textures (Rough and Smooth)

LEARNING OBJECTIVE- To classify fruits based on their texture, such as
               smooth, rough, soft, or hard.

               DISCUSSION-

                    • Introduce the concepts of rough and smooth by using real fruits as
                      examples.
                    • Help children identify and distinguish between rough and smooth textures
                      through touch.
                    • Encourage the use of descriptive words such as bumpy, soft, hard, smooth,
                      and rough.
                    • Rough to touch: litchi, strawberry, pineapple, jackfruit, custard apple
                    • Smooth to touch: apple, grapes, pear, pomegranate, banana

                    • Activity: Blindfold Game
                    • Children will be blindfolded and asked to touch a fruit to feel and describe
                      its texture.
