SUB TOPIC- Plants Need To Grow
LEARNING OBJECTIVE- To understand that plants require sunlight, water, air,
and soil to grow healthy and strong.
DISCUSSION-
• Introduce the four basic needs of plants—sunlight, water, air, and soil—
one at a time, using pictures or simple explanations.
• Help students recognize the essential elements that plants need to grow.
• Explain that baby plants, or seedlings, grow from seeds.
• Discuss different types of seeds and their characteristics.
• Emphasize that seeds need sunlight, air, soil, water, and space to grow
properly.
• Guide students in identifying at least four key needs of a plant: water,
sunlight, air, and soil.
• Activity: Ask students to draw a plant and include everything it needs to
grow.
