           Contraindications:

           Avoid practicing Garudasana in case you


           have had a recent knee, ankle or


           shoulder injury. Eagle pose should not be

           attempted if you suffer from any of these


           conditions: Obesity, frequent headaches,

           high or low blood pressure or asthma.
