           Procedure –Sit with

              stretched legs . Bring the

              left heel is kept under right

              thigh and the left leg is

              crossed over the right


              thigh. After that hold the

              left toe with right hand

              and turn your head and


              back to the left side. In this

              position move the trunk

              sideways. Then Perform

              the same asana in the

              reverse position.
