4.Trikonasana






          Procedure

          Stand with your legs apart.


          Then raise both arms up to

              the shoulder level. Bend

              the trunk sideways and

              raise the left hand upward.
              Touch the ground with

              right hand in front of right

              foot.Both hands should be

              in a straight line.Look at

              your  left palm. After some

              time do the same asana

              with opposite arm in the
              same way.
