Endurance-It is the ability of muscles to sustain the activities


               for a longer period of time without any fatigue.

       •       Endurance depends on the Slow Twitch Fibres


       •       It is measured by the number of Repetitions

       •       Two types of Endurance-Short Term/Anaerobic Endurance
