Getting ready to read

Learning objective: - Students will get friendly with the reader and
make predictions about a story based on the title

and illustrations.

Explanation: -
 Every book has some parts, before starting to read a

book it is vital to know a little bit about it.
 The cover of a book has its title and writers name.

 The first page of the book is the title page and next is
the index page, where all the page numbers of all the

stories or chapters are written.
 We start reading a book from top to bottom and left

to right side.

Learning outcome: - Students are able to guess the story while looking

at the pictures.
