Now, lets take down the SUMMARY(To be written in the Eng CW Notebook)

The poem „In Morning Dew‟ is written by Keki N Daruwala. The scarecrow has been
personified throughout the poem.He uses morning dew to set his hair right. He looks
alert and is ready to secretly keep a watch on the yelling monkeys and porcupines.
He gets to see everything except his shadow and it is out of sight with the fall of the
               evening.
The scarecrow is very active throughout the day keeping a very close watch on the
birds that come and go. But whether he has any knowledge about the changing of
seasons is a thing that we can never know. The QUESTION that troubles him is the
perennial movement of the seasons and their flow.
Though the scarecrow trembles in the cold and gets parched by the scorching heat
of the summer, the question that confronts him is about the origin of the seasons. He
               only wants to receive answers.
He often ponders over the questions, why his head goes round in circle while
seasons move in a circular motion.

               ACTIVITY (Art & Imagination – Integrated )
Draw a sketch of a scarecrow and write about the possible things that are around
