                    •  Know the uses of ‘doubling consonant’ words appropriately

                        in a sentence.

                    •  Able to frame and write meaningful sentences.
                    •  Understand and apply the rule while blending words.

                  Discussion:

                      •  Narrate a story.

                      •  Emphasize on ‘doubling consonant’ sound words.

                      •  Explain that when a consonant is repeated twice being

                         together in a word, it makes a single sound.
                      •  Encourage the students to come up with the ’doubling

                         consonant’ sound words and blend them.

                      •  Practice with phoneme fingers and arm blending
