Learning Objective:
• Know the uses of “ck” words appropriately in a sentence.
• Communicate verbally using parts of speech.
• Demonstrate active and attentive listening.
• Able to frame and write meaningful sentences.
Discussion:
• Narrate a story.
• Emphasize on the ‘ck’ sound words.
• Explain that whenever we hear /k/ sound in a word that is
followed by any short vowel, it is spelled “ck”.
• Encourage the students to come up with the ’ck’ sound
words and blend them.
• Practice with arm blending /building
• Show a variety of picture cards to get familiarized with
“ck” sound.
