TOPIC- Measurement

                 SUB-TOPIC- Weight

LEARNING OBJECTIVE- To compare and describe the weight of

objects using vocabulary like heavy, heavier, light, and lighter.

                 DISCUSSION-
                    • Weight is described as heavy or light.
                    • The object or person that is heavier weighs more, while the

object or person that is lighter weighs less.
                    • We use a weighing machine or scale to compare the weights of
                        two objects.

                    • When we compare the weights in a beam balance, the heavier

object goes down and the lighter side rises.

                    Activity:

                    • Compare the weight of some real-life objects and give your
                        reflections.

                    • The students can take 1 object in 1 hand and another object in
the other hand, and can compare which one is heavier and which

                        one is lighter.

                 REVISION QUESTIONS (Oral)

                    • If you hold a watermelon in one hand and an apple in another hand,
                        which one will be heavier?

                    • If you hold a stone in one hand and a feather in another hand,

                        which one will be lighter?
