                   1.  We can challenge a lot of teams, including our School Eleven.
                       a. Who said these words and to whom?
                       Ans: Swaminathan said the above lines to his friend Rajam.

                       b. Which school does the ‘School Eleven’ team belong to?
                       Ans: The ‘School Eleven’ teams belongs  to Board School.

                       c. Why does the speaker want to challenge the ‘School Eleven’?
                       Ans: Swaminathan  wanted to challenge  the ‘School  Eleven’ team and defeat
               them as
                           the ‘School Eleven’ team thought themselves  to be unbeatable.





               2. But suppose one breaks in the middle of a match?
                       a. What is the speaker talking about?
                       Ans: Speaker of the above line- Rajam is talking about the possibility  of one of
               the cricket bats
                         breaking down in the middle of a match.
                       b. Why does the speaker consider this possibility?
                       Ans: Rajam considered  this possibility  because he was worried that if their bat
               broke in the middle
                         of a match then their game would stop abruptly.
                       c. What personality trait does the speaker exhibit by considering this possibility?
                       Ans: On the basis of the above line, we can conclude that Rajam is foresighted,
               has fair knowledge
                         of cricket. He is prudent and hence wants to have a backup ready.
