VOLCANIC ERUPTIONS
• The core bears a lot of pressure.
• As the crust and mantle float above the
outer core, some of this pressure pushes the
molten rocks and hot gases upwards.
• The molten rocks and hot gases get
collected in a chamber .
• The outer layer of earth has some weak
points or cracks in it.
• The molten rocks and hot gases find a way
to make hole on cracks and break free.
• The hole is called the vent.
• Once the molten rocks and hot gases burst
free, it becomes lava.
• This is how volcano is formed.
