Rule 1:
To make continuous verbs add -ing to the base verb.
For example:
They are learning English.
My friend is playing football.
Rule 2:
When the verb ends with a silent e, drop the e and add –
ing.
For example:
She is baking a cake. (bake becomes baking)
The child is making a sand castle. (make becomes making)
