CELL STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION
Multicellular organism have many organs and some organs work together to form organ
system.The organ system performs a specific function like digestion, respiration,
transportation and excretion etc .
Each organ in an organ system performs it’s particular or specific function. The organs
are made up of different types of tissues and each type of tissue is made up of similar
types of cells. So, cells are the basic units or structural and functional units of living
organisms.
