DEFINITION:

Story writing is an art. It is the oldest form of written
composition. A story writing is work of “fiction or
imagination” that is usually written in “easily understandable
grammatical structure” with “natural flow of speech”. Story
writing is meant to be read at single sitting and therefore it
should be as direct and brief as possible. Students of all age
levels are required to write short stories in narrative form.
Story writing should engage students’ imagination and can
be turned into a fun, collaborative and communicative
               experience.
