Steps for germination
Step1:-During the beginning stage of
germination, the seeds take up water rapidly
and this results in swelling and softening of
the seed coat at moderate temperature.
Step2-upon germination, seeds coat ruptures
which help to emerge the radical (baby root)
comes out first from the seed, followed by
plumule (baby shoot).
Step3-the baby root slowly forms the root
system of the plant, while the baby shoot
forms the shoot system.
