Litres:
The standard unit of measuring
capacity is the liter and we write “l”
in short. Litres can also be written
as liters. Both the spellings are
correct.
We measure large quantities in
litres . Thus Litres are larger units
and are used to measure big
volumes.
Milk, cooking oil, soda ,petrol,
water, and other drinks are often
sold in liters. 1000 ml = 1 litre.
