  Suitability : Retail industry

                  (iii)  Manager:
                     They are independent and dominant

                     They are goal and process focused and not people oriented and not time
                       bound

                     They are consumer oriented too and contribute a lot to the growth of the
                       business
                     They  allow  working  independently  with  concept,  ideas,  systems  and

                       technology
                     They are very good competitors and achieve the targets despites the odds

                       on their way.
                     As they have difficulty to work with others they hire employees who are
                       good listeners and people oriented.

                  (iv)  Motivators:
                        They have high level of sociability.

                        They can work well under pressure.
                        They can be great consensus builders and good collaborators.

                        They are highly motivated  and can also motivate others working with
                          them.

                        They create strong emotional arguments.
                        They can do best in retail business.

                  (v)    Authoritarians:
                         They are the loyal workers who make the world function.

                         They follow rules, regulations, procedures and policies carefully.
                         They are very cooperative and avoid confrontation.
                         The  business  which  fit  their  personality  is  dry  cleaning  store,

                          convenience store, liquor store, chemist store, etc.
                         They prefer business where customers or clients are driven to them.

                         They are also called as accidental entrepreneurs.
                  (vi)  Collaborators:

                          They always prefer a partner who is more aggressive about developing
                           new business.
