DREAMS
1. The entrepreneurs must identify their personality traits before starting a
business venture because personality matters a lot for the success of a
business venture. Bill Wagner said that who chooses venture, matching their
personality, tends to be more successful. According to Bill Wagner,
entrepreneurs can be divided into seven types.
(i) Trailblazer:
They are aggressive, innovative and risk taking entrepreneurs.
Who are ambitious, goal based and competitive
They want to take everything into their hands and drive any task with lot of
energy.
They make decision based on analysis, practicality, logic and realistic
approach.
Their strengths make them suitable for: Consulting, Engineering, Finance,
Legal, Medical, Ethical
(ii) Go-getter:
They are dominant and social entrepreneur
They are self driven and like to work independently and competitive
They are highly initiative and get the thing done at a very fast pace.
They have a natural tendency to lead and manage people and process
They are good leaders and managers and also motivate the people
surrounding them.
