(e) Authoritarians: They are very dedicated and cooperative, following
rules, procedures and policies carefully. They are often called
accidental entrepreneurs.
(f) Collaborators: They generally work together, especially in a joint
intellectual effort. These entrepreneurs are awarded with social
skills which they use to influence other people and get what they
want.
(g) Diplomats: They can be defined as persons who use skills and
sensitivity in dealing with others. They also consider the views of
the opposite party while entering into a deal.
(iii) Classification of Entrepreneurs based on the Technology used in
Business:
(a) Technical Entrepreneurs: These entrepreneurs concentrate more
on production than on marketing.
(b) Non-technical Entrepreneurs: They focus more on marketing and
distribution strategies.
