Page 4 - Mind Map
P. 4
Ex: 57 >50 or 57 is greater than 50
Learning outcome: Children can compare larger number from the
smaller number.(double digit numbers seeing tens and ones place)
Lesson 3.Ascending order
Learning objectives: Children will be able to compare numbers
and objects and arrangethem in ascending order.
Ascending order- Ascending order means arranging given numbers
from the smallest to the largest or smallest to biggest.
Ex: 15, 9, 10, 4 (Here we have single digit and double digit
number, so single digit number will come first then double digit
number according to their placement in grid.)
Ans- 4, 9, 10, 15
Ex: 12, 19, 10, 15(Here we have 1 in tens place of all numbers,
so we see the ones place.)
Ans- 10, 12, 15, 19
Ex: 32, 42, 12, 22 (Here we have 2 in the ones place of all
numbers so we see the tens place and find out which number will
come first and so on..)
Ans- 12, 22, 32, 42
Ex: 21,50,41,11(Here we have double digit numbers)
Ans- 11, 21, 41, 50
