Mark the sentences from SET-1 and SET-2 again and read them until the verbs and observe which set
gives complete and meaningful sentences.

The sentences in SET-1 one do not give you complete meaning hence the verbs are intransitive verb of
INCOMPLETE PREDICATION.
The sentences in SET-2 to do not require any other word to give complete meaning, hence the verbs
used in second set are the INTRANSITIVE VERB OF COMPLETE PREDICATION
