3) The story teaches a lesson about how we look at ourselves. We should not be greedy
and be happy with what we have and cherish every moment. Despite having qualities, the
tree was not happy with what it has and what it is, the fir tree wants more.
4) When the festivities are over next morning the housemaid take off all the decorations
from the tree, drag it to upstairs and leave it in a dark corner of the loft and forgotten by
everyone. Few days later it brought down stairs where it left in the yard.
5) The Fir-Tree by Hans Christian Andersen tells the story of a fir tree that is never satisfied.
As a young tree in a forest, it is not content with the sunlight and wind it receives, nor with
its forest friends. Rather, the tree constantly wishes to be old and tall.
