02           Intercardinal Directions










              • Northeast lies between north and east, at a 45-degree
                  angle from each. It is commonly used for navigation.

               • Northwest is the directional point between north and
                   west, used frequently in navigation and cartography

            • Southeast is positioned between south and east, serving
                     as a vital reference point in both geography and
                                            navigation.

            • Southwest is located between south and west, indicating
                   direction when navigating in the opposite quadrant.
