Activity time-


               The teacher will divide the class into four groups and each group will have five
               number of students.

               Group 1: Teacher will provide the students with hand-out cards (algae, small fish,

               big fish, shark, decomposer). Then students will form a line to represent the food
               chain.

               Group 2: Students will discuss how energy flows from one to another.


               Group 3: Students will observe the food chain, record and note down their
               observations on the board for different aquatic animals, their habitats, diet and
               interesting features about them.


               Group 4: Students will speak few lines to explain how pollution can harm the
               aquatic food chain.
