               Topic- Language and Communication
Language and communication are central to human life. From sharing thoughts to expressing
feelings, resolving conflicts to building societies—everything depends on how we
communicate. This topic explores how language shapes our relationships, identities, and
cultures, and how communication—when used responsibly—can promote peace, cooperation,
               and understanding.

                                                 ~What Is Language?~

Language is more than just words—it is a structured system used by people to express ideas,
emotions, and information. It can be spoken, written, signed, or even visual (through symbols
               and images).
Language is closely tied to a person’s identity and culture. It is passed down through
generations and often reflects a community’s history, values, and beliefs.

“To speak a language is to take on a world, a culture.” – Frantz Fanon

                                             ~Forms of Communication~

Communication is the process by which messages are transmitted and received. There are
               several forms:

•Verbal Communication: Spoken or written words.

•Non-verbal Communication: Facial expressions, gestures, body language.

•Visual Communication: Images, signs, symbols, infographics.

•Digital Communication: Text messages, emails, social media, online calls.

Effective communication depends not just on what is said, but how it is said, and how well the
               message is understood.
