                 Breathing polluted air can have adverse effects on human health. Air
                   pollution causes breathing problems and diseases such as asthma, lung
                   cancer and bronchitis.




























                 Animals are also affected when they inhale polluted air. Pollutants present
                   in the air settle down on water bodies and crops, causing damage to both.
