Types of Adventure Sports: Trekking, River Rafting, Mountaineering,
Surfing, Paragliding
Trekking
Trekking: Trekking is a long adventurous journey undertaken on foot in areas where common means of
transport are generally not available
Types Of Trekking:
1- Easy Trekking: for biginners,no difficult climbing,
2- Moderate Trekking: more energetic, ten days of continue walking with some time break/rest
3- Strenuous Trekking: more than 5 KM with some climbing steps
4- Difficult Trekking: step climbing. Rock climbing in high altitudes, more than one month of trekking.
River Rafting:
Grade 1: Flat Water
Grade 2: some rough water/rocks
Grade 3: water bubble, difficulties passages, prior experiences and strong paddling skill are required
Grade 4: large waves, volume of water be large, large rocks, Only advance experienced allow here
Grade 5: extreme difficult level, large waves, large volumes water, It needs very precise maneuvering only
experience/advance person allow here
Grade 6: huge waves, large rocks, oppsitive direction of water, Injury/death may be these level ,large
number of experience people allow here
Mountaineering
Mountaineering: is an adventurous sports that combines climbing and hiking up mountains.
Surfing
Surfing: light weight plastic called POLYURETHANE (wrapped in fiber glass sealed with resins) 2 Meter
length (7 feet) 6.4 centimeters wide , weight 2.7-3.6 KG (6-8 pounds)
