            1.  THE BODY WEIGHT MUST BE TAKEN  ON PERFECT WEIGHING MACHINE
            2.  WHILE TAKING BODY WEIGHT, WEAR MINIMUM REQUIRED CLOTHS

            CALCULATION OF WAIST-HIP RATIO

            FORMULA IS = WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE/HIP CIRCUMFERENCE

            INCASE OF A MALE WEIST HIP RATIO IS MORE THAN 1.00, HE IS AT THE HEALTH RISK, INCASE OF FEMALE WEIST HIP
            RATIO  IS MORE THAN 0.85, SHE IS AT THE HEALTH RISK.

            WEIST-HIP RATIO IS USED AS A RISK FACTOR ASSESSMENT TOOL FOR HEART DISEASES, HYPERTENSION AND TYPE II
            DIABETES. EXCESS BODY FAT  IS CONSIDERED A RISK FACTOR FOR THE DEGENERATIVE DISEASES.
