0 is the Remainder=R
Here in this example we need to count the
multiplication table of 2 as 2 is the divisor.
We need to stop when we get 10 as 10 is the dividend.
The number that is being multiplied by 2 to get 10 is
the quotient ie 5 ( 2×5=10).
We write the 10 below the dividend and subtract to
get the remainder.
When we get 0 as remainder, it means that the
number is equally distributed and nothing is
left .
