Lesson 19.3- Repeated addition on number line

Learning Objective- Students will be able to do repeated addition on

number line.

Explanation-

 We can also show repeated addition on number line.

 Ex- 3 × 4 = 12

 When we represent multiplication on a number line , the

first number is the number that is being repeated and the

second number is the number of times it is repeated.

 So we take jumps of the first number at a time and we

repeat it the second number of times.

3 × 4 = 12 Answer
