Here in this example the minuend is bigger than the
subtrahend, So the sum is correct. But the ones place
of the minuend is less than the ones place of
subtrahend (8<9).
So we need to borrow 1 tens from the tens place and
add that 10 to the ones place.
As we have borrowed 1 tens from 6 tens it becomes 5
tens now.
As we have added that 1 tens to the ones place so 8
becomes 18 now ( 10+8=18)
