As 11 is having 1 tens and 1 ones , we write 1 ones
in the ones place and took the 1 tens as carryover
to the tens place.
Then we added the digits in the tens place along
with the carry. (1+2+1 = 4)
So the answer is 41.
When we make a new ten from the ones, we are regrouping. The
ten ones get grouped as a ten, and are counted with the other
tens. This is also called carrying to tens.
