Materials Required:
Cheek cell, forceps, dropper, Methylene blue solution, glycerin, microscope, Distilled
water, needle and brush, cover slip, glass slide, tooth pick and filter paper.
How to proceed:
1. Take a toothpick and scratch the inner lining of your cheek without hurting.
2. Collect a drop of water from your mouth and put it on the slide.
3. Put a drop of Methylene blue soltion to it.
4. Put a drop of glycerin on it and place a coverslip by using a needle.
5. Observe it under the microscope.
