               Ralph Waldo Emerson (25  May.1803-27 April 1882)

               He was an  American essayist, lecturer and poet.


               He is seen as a  champion of individualism  and  critic of the pressures
               of society on an individual

               He spread his views through dozens of published essays and more than
               1500 public lectures across the United States.
