               Grammar-  PUNCTUATION

                     LEARNING OUTCOME :-


                     To differentiate between common punctuation marks.
                     To demonstrate an understanding of punctuation through correct
                       usage.
                     To identify when each punctuation mark (period, exclamation point,
                       question mark, hyphen, comma, apostrophe and quotation marks) is
                       needed.
                     To learn the various techniques for its proper usage.
                     To improve an understanding of  comma , semicolon and colon.



                     INTRODUCTION:-



















                 Punctuation is the traffic light for reading; it tells the reader when
                   to pause, when to stop, and how to proceed.

                     Activity 1.The Case of the Missing Commas

                   You are a comma detective! Rewrite the missing commas in the
                   sentences to solve the case. (writing skill)



               1.They played checkers until it was time to go home.
