Grammar- PUNCTUATION
LEARNING OUTCOME :-
To differentiate between common punctuation marks.
To demonstrate an understanding of punctuation through correct
usage.
To identify when each punctuation mark (period, exclamation point,
question mark, hyphen, comma, apostrophe and quotation marks) is
needed.
To learn the various techniques for its proper usage.
To improve an understanding of comma , semicolon and colon.
INTRODUCTION:-
Punctuation is the traffic light for reading; it tells the reader when
to pause, when to stop, and how to proceed.

Activity 1.The Case of the Missing Commas
You are a comma detective! Rewrite the missing commas in the
sentences to solve the case. (writing skill)
1.They played checkers until it was time to go home.
