Key Events


                     Tapan was a kind and righteous boy, who was studying at Jnanpeeth High School.
                     One  day  the  headmaster  Mr  Robin  Barua,  sent  for  Tapan  because  Haren,  The
                       shopkeeper had complained about Tapan’s misdeed and thus was punished.
                     There  was  another  incident  when  an  ox  crashed  into  the  school  premises  which
                       resulted  in  stamped  and  destruction  of  school  property,  reported  by  Miss
                       RajniSaharia, which branded Tapan as a bad boy.
                     After few days Tapan was seen by the headmaster offering help to a sick and old
                       woman, which melted his heart.
                     Two weeks later while returning home and saw Tapan nursed the injured ox, which
                       he  tried  to  tame  earlier.  All  these  incidents  made  the  headmaster  realize  the
                       goodness in Tapan and gave him a special prize in the school function.


               ACTIVITY (Art & Imagination – Integrated )
               Draw a sketch of Tapan write some points on him after reading the story.
