Animals that survive on land. They are of 3 types


                       Desert:
                     A desert is a dry, often sandy region that receives very little rainfall.

                     It is usually very hot during the day and very cold during the night.

                     There is scarcity of water in desert.
                       Polar region:

                       The Polar Regions – Antarctica and Arctic are extremely cold and covered with snow.


                     They receive less sunlight and the average temperature throughout the year is very low.
                     Penguin, seal and Walrus are found in Polar regions.





















                       Mountains

                     Temperature in the mountains is also usually low.

                     Yaks and mountain goats are found in mountains.
