Animals that survive on land. They are of 3 types
Desert:
A desert is a dry, often sandy region that receives very little rainfall.
It is usually very hot during the day and very cold during the night.
There is scarcity of water in desert.
Polar region:
The Polar Regions – Antarctica and Arctic are extremely cold and covered with snow.
They receive less sunlight and the average temperature throughout the year is very low.
Penguin, seal and Walrus are found in Polar regions.
Mountains
Temperature in the mountains is also usually low.
Yaks and mountain goats are found in mountains.
