Artificial Satellites

 An artificial satellite is an object that

people have made and launched

into orbit using rockets. Artificial

satellites are sent into space to gather

information.There are currently over a

thousand active satellites orbiting the

Earth.The size, altitude and design of a

satellite depend on its purpose.

 They collect information from one place

and transmit it to the different parts of

the world. Satellites enable us to view

live telecast of events happening all

around the world.
