Rules for writing Roman Numeral
Rule-1: When a symbol is repeated, it means addition.
Symbols I and X can be repeated maximum 3 times to form a
number but, V and L are never repeated.
a)II = 1 + 1 = 2
b)III = 1 + 1 + 1 = 3
c)XX = 10 + 10 = 20
d)XXX = 10 + 10 + 10 = 30
