Any meaningful information can be represented using symbols, pictures,
graphs etc. When pictures are used to present information, it is known as
Pictorial Representation.
Pictorial representations are called Pictographs or Pictograms.

Every pictograph must have the following
Title: It tells what a pictograph represents. It is
written at the top of the pictograph.
Key: It tells how many items of data each symbol
represents . It is written at the bottom of the
pictograph.
When objects are more in number, then one picture
means more than one object.
