Learning Objective– Students will be able to learn about word problems of capacity.
Explanation
A shopkeeper brought 77 l550ml of milk in the month of January and 23l350ml in the month of
February. How much milk did he bring in 2 months?
Solution:
Milk brought in the month of January = 77l550ml
Milk brought in the month of February =23l350ml
Milk brought in 2 months = 77l550ml + 23l350ml
Thus,the shopkeeper brought 100 l900ml of milk in two months.
