Learning Objective: Students will be able to learn what is shadow and where it comes from.
Shadow
A shadow is the dark shape made when something blocks light from a light source like the
sun, a flashlight etc. A shadow is formed when the objects blocks the path of light. When we
go out in the sun, we can see our shadow on the ground. This is because we block the light
of the sun from falling on the ground. Outdoor shadows are longer in the morning and
evening. They are shortest at noon. The colour of shadow is always black.
Learning Outcome: Students learnt what is shadow and where it comes from.
