Example of 3 digit number in a story:
A water tank can hold 650 liters of water up to the top. Right now, the tank has 425 liters of
water in it. How much water is needed to fill the tank completely?
Solution: water tanker can hold up to water = 650
Water the tanker has right now = 425
Water needed to fill the tank = 650 – 425=
Therefore, 225 water is needed to fill thank completely.
