Introduction to Time and Clock:

Learning objective: Students will be able to read time and understand the
               clock.

 In math, time can be defined as the ongoing and continuous
sequence of events that occur in succession, from the past through
                       the present to the future.

 Time is a used to quantify measure or compare the duration of events
or the intervals between them, and even, sequence events.

 Time is a measurement of intervals of sequences. It is measured

using an instrument called a clock.
 A clock tells us time in hours, minutes, and seconds.

 The face of the clock is called dial. The dial of a clock is marked with
numbers from 1 to 12 in order.
 A clock has two hands. The long hand is the minute hand and the

short hand is the hour hand.
 Both the hands of the clock travel clockwise.
