 Conversion units of capacity:

1 litre = 1000 millilitre.
Half litre = 500 millilitre.

 We know that 1 litre = 1000 milliliters (1 l = 1000 ml)

So, 500 ml = 1/2 of a litre

250 ml = 1/4 of a litre

200 ml = 1/5 of a litre

100 ml = 1/10 of a litre

 If we have to measure 300 ml of a liquid, we use the measures of 200
ml and 100 ml capacities. To measure 700 ml of a liquid, we use the

measures of 500 ml and 200 ml.
